A little muddling goes a long way, especially when you're muddling together lime, mint, brown sugar, marula fruit and Schweppes Soda Water.


  • 4Mint Leaves
  • 3Swaziland Lime Wedges (or any Lime)
  • Dash Lime Juice
  • 2tspBrown Sugar
  • 25ml White Rum
  • 10ml DASH Marula Pulp or Juice
  • 200 ml can Schweppes Soda Water
  • Sprig of Mint


  1. Start by placing your mint and lime wedges in a highball glass. Then add your sugar and a dash of lime juice.

  2. Grab your muddle stick and get busy smashing your limes and mint until they're juiced and bruised.

  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice, followed by 2 shots of white rum AND MARULA. Stir vigorously, then add more ice & top with Schweppes Soda Water.
