A little muddling goes a long way, especially when you're muddling together lime, mint, brown sugar, marula fruit and Schweppes Soda Water.
- 4Mint Leaves
- 3Swaziland Lime Wedges (or any Lime)
- Dash Lime Juice
- 2tspBrown Sugar
- 25ml White Rum
- 10ml DASH Marula Pulp or Juice
- 200 ml can Schweppes Soda Water
- Sprig of Mint
Start by placing your mint and lime wedges in a highball glass. Then add your sugar and a dash of lime juice.
Grab your muddle stick and get busy smashing your limes and mint until they're juiced and bruised.
Add a scoop of crushed ice, followed by 2 shots of white rum AND MARULA. Stir vigorously, then add more ice & top with Schweppes Soda Water.
*Schweppes Soda Water does not contain fresh fruit. The Lombamba Lime Cocktail, if you follow the recipe, does.
