• 6Mint Leaves
  • 4Swaziland Lime Wedges (or any Lime)
  • Dash of Lime Juice
  • 3tspBrown Sugar
  • 25ml Bacardi White Rum
  • 12.5mlMarula pulp or juice
  • Crushed Ice
  • 1 CanSchweppes Soda Water
  • Sprig of Mint


  1. Start by placing your mint and lime wedges in a highball glass. Then add your sugar and a dash of lime juice. Grab your muddle stick and get busy smashing your limes and mint until they're juiced and bruised. Add a scoop of crushed ice followed by 2 shots of white rum. Stir vigorously, then add more ice & top with Schweppes Soda Water.
