The queen of the 'pink drink', we've mixed the juice of the indiginous carrisa berry, or Natal Num-Num, with a splash of gin for a truly local twist. Add Schweppes Dry Lemon to make it a summer you'll never forget.
- 50mlWilderer Fynbos Gin (or any gin)
- 25mlCarissa berry juice (substitute: cranberry or raspberry juice)
- Cubed Ice
- 1 CanSchweppes Dry Lemon
- 2Carissa berries (substitute: cranberries or raspberries)
- Lemon zest
First, pour the gin and juice into a wine glass. Depending on how refreshing you want the drink to be, add ice and top with Schweppes Dry Lemon. Gently stir all the ingredients together.
